Stephen has been a resident of Brevard County for over 20 years.  He has seen this county change from an orange grove field to the booming cities we see now.  Stephen attended most of his schooling here in Brevard, including Tropical Elementary, Thomas Jefferson Junior High and Merritt Island High School.  Stephen is also a graduate of Stetson University and Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville. 

Through out his career, Stephen has dedicated himself to helping those who are lost in the legal system.  From his time spent working in Legal Aid, working at the Public Defenders office in Jacksonville in the Repeat Offenders Court and as a prosecutor here in Brevard County, Stephen has seen how most individuals are confused and caught up in the legal system.  Stephen realized early in his career that the legal system is more about "the people" then it is the law.

Stephen has dedicated himself to the aggressive representation of numerous clients who have been accused of murder, capital sexual battery, serious violent felonies, and misdemeanor offenses. He is an experienced trial attorney. 

Rhonda Henderson-Harvey

Rhonda is a second generation attorney and a long term resident of central Florida. Rhonda is a graduate of the University of Central Florida and Florida State University College of Law. Rhonda is certified to practice in Federal Court as well as having represented hundreds of clients in Felony cases.

She has practiced law throughout central Florida since 1999 and is now focused on her practice in Brevard County. Rhonda is dedicated to helping her clients to navigate the legal system. Her philosophy is that if her clients understand the steps needed to resolve their case than they can truly help in their defense.

“The arrest of a family member can be a difficult time for all involved. My job is to make sure that the family understands what is happening and the client is confident in the steps taken in their defense.”

Rhonda is an experienced trail attorney with a diverse and extensive background having practiced criminal law and family law all over central Florida. She will fight for your rights.
